Revamp is a part of Town & City Living Ltd, the director of which is Christine Yorath who started working in property refurbishment 20 years ago and has been refurbishing both her own portfolio and other investors properties ever since. When Christine first started, First Homes was the name of her business, the activity of which was based around buying property, refurbishing it and selling to owner-occupiers. These properties often needed a complete refurbishment and over time Christine began to retain these properties as part of her own rental portfolio.
Co Director, Jordan Yorath (BSc Hons) has been working with Christine for 6 years now helping to project manage the refurbishment of many properties for investor landlords in order to help them let and in some cases achieve a higher rental income as well as refurbishing both his own and Christine’s portfolio of rental properties.
Their eye for property development led to developing property on a larger scale and over the years has built both new build developments and refurbished Grade II listed buildings in to tasteful modern apartments. Town & City Livings 20 years of experience in property refurbishment, development and letting of their own portfolio has meant that they are very well qualified to know what it takes to get a property refurbished to the best of standards with the quickest possible turn around to minimise the void period and keep costs down whilst getting work done to the standard of all effective legislation.
