We work with our clients to plan, project manage and see refurbishment works through to completion for all types of property refurbishment from a complete modernisation to conversions and redeveloping property. Instructing Revamp means that your property will be refurbished quickly and efficiently to the best possible standards.

All Revamp Tradesmen agree to work to our very own code of standards, which means that all works are undertaken:

• At costs assured to the client at the start of the job and by qualified tradesmen.

• In the event of any snagging will return to site within a reasonable amount of time

Our eye for creative use of space and using the most up to date colour schemes and finishes means that every job we do is bespoke. Our tradesmen only work to the current building regulations legislation, rental safety requirements and HMO legislation. We only use engineers that are registered to their appropriate governing body (eg FENSA, CORGI) and we are also insured with the appropriate employers and public liability insurance for both our clients and work force.

 

Here we replaced the old kitchen and appliances with a new bespoke kitchen and brand new appliances as well as tiling the floor and backsplash to compliment the units.

 

 

This bedroom was modernised by redecorating, fittied with new carpet, new light fittings and bespoke headboard to match the blinds (added later).

 

 

This messy and hard to manage garden was transformed into an aesthetically pleasing easily maintained lawn with planting and new fencing which will tastefully mature over time.
